How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Anyone who reaches out to Composedeffect Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Composedeffect Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact that provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Composedeffect Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@composedeffect.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any step we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
